ACR Anatomy and Pathology split page with MSK index
This is a collection of imaging studies (X-ray, Ultrasound, Computed Tomography and MRI) of the musculoskeletal system. Some of the films show normal appearances and some normal variants, but most show pathology ranging from simple fractures to the rare and unusual. The films are for general use to help you put together talks on various subjects. We only ask that you acknowledge the source. The films in this library are coded using the 3rd/4th edition of the 'Index for Roentgen Diagnoses', published by The American College of Radiology. The library of cases is coded under either anatomy or pathology. If you are interested in an area of the body, then use the anatomy file and scroll to the number of your choice. In the anatomy file the first 3 numbers are anatomy and the last four pathology. If you wish to find a case related to a pathological condition then use the pathology file and scroll to the 4 digit pathology number of your choice. Numbers followed by M or F in the text refer to the patients age and sex. The text also contains a description of the findings/ condition and the type of image/sequence. Double click to bring up the image. If image wanted, right click the image and save to a findable file or straight into your slide presentation.
