Kuhn classification of acromion fractures
Type I acromion fractures are nondisplaced and include
type IA (avulsion)
type IB (complete fracture).
Type II are displaced, but do not reduce the subacromial space.
Type III cause a reduction in subacromial space.
type IIIA do not involve teh glenoid
type IIIB involve the glenoid
